And finally we received an email from a very excited Installer who got his wife to photo the fuel computer display on a tour of Ireland recently, with the attached information. You don't see that everyday!

Ireland 2009 052

This is an update on the Hydrogen kit I fitted on my Renault Scenic at the end of March 2009.
Like I said, I took it on a run to Sheffield and got 60 M.P.G. Well, I have since fitted an ECU Modification sensor to enhance the kit and went on holiday to Ireland. Getting there we were chasing the time (and the weather was really bad) that on the M5 we were down to 25 M.P.H. We had to speed up to make sure we got to the ferry. We still managed 65 M.P.G.
We left Moville in county Donegal on Friday 12 June and tripped my car’s on board computer. We headed to Londonderry and the computer said we were getting 84.7 M.P.G.!! We hit the traffic through Londonderry and the set off for Dublin.
When we reached Dublin, it was 5.00 pm and being Friday the traffic was at a stop. We were on the Motorway trying to get around Dublin and it took 1 hour longer than it should. When we got going again, we headed for Rosslare to collect the ferry (total miles 296). We used 4.2 Gallons of fuel which gave us 70.47 M.P.G.
This really is a great kit and I will be putting a picture of my on-board computer reading showing 84.7 M.P.G on my website (see left)
